The cost of accommodation in large cities of Russia increased by 35%, informed "Kommersant" with reference to participants in the tourism industry.

According to the founder of Ivashkevich Hospitality Stanislav Ivashkevich, this is due to the fact that residents of the regions consider a trip to Moscow and St. Petersburg for the holidays as an alternative to Europe.
