At the same time, the share of bookings for one night decreased by 2.5 times, from 50.1% last year to 19.8% this year.

The prices for accommodation in apartments have changed the most, the demand for which has grown from 8% to 20%, follows from the calculations of Ostrovok.ru. In particular, the average cost of living in them this year increased by 32% – up to 4950 rubles. per night. Meanwhile, accommodation in three-star hotels increased in price by 4%, to 4,800 rubles, the average cost of accommodation in five-star hotels amounted to 14,700 rubles. per night.

According to the Travelata.ru service, Moscow has become one of the most popular holiday destinations this year, accounting for 11% of sales. According to the founder of Ivashkevich Hospitality Stanislav Ivashkevich, this is due to the fact that residents of the regions consider a trip to Moscow and St. Petersburg for the holidays as an alternative to Europe. At the same time, the depth of bookings in these regions is now small, said Vadim Prasov, vice president of the Federation of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers.
