At a meeting of the Central Election Commission, Chairman of the Central Election Commission Ella Pamfilova announced the start of the second stage of informing voters as part of the presidential campaign. She presented the slogan for the upcoming elections: “Together we are strong – we vote for Russia!”
Ms. Pamfilova said that it is necessary to take the campaign seriously and come to the polls to express their civic maturity. “This is why ‘together we are strong’, as a people who understand the importance of what consequences may arise depending on how we conduct this campaign,” says the head of the Central Election Commission.
The Russian presidential elections will take place over three days, from March 15 to 17. Today, January 29, the Central Election Commission registered Vladimir Putin as a candidate in the elections, the decision was made unanimously. Previously, Leonid Slutsky (LDPR), Nikolai Kharitonov (Communist Party of the Russian Federation), Vladislav Davankov (New People) were also registered.
