The Bank of Russia has registered the non-banking credit organization Inkakhran as an operator of the new Astrasend payment system. This is reported on site regulator.

According to the docs (.pdf), published on the website of the payment system, “Astrasend” is intended for transfers of funds abroad and within the country. Receipt and issue of transfers is carried out in dollars and rubles. The list of countries where you can send money will be published later.
