In the event of mobilization, an application for granting a credit holiday can be submitted not only by the mobilized person, but also by any other person by proxy in a simple written form. This is stated in the clarification of the procedure for issuing credit holidays for mobilized and participants in a special military operation on the website of the Bank of Russia.
The Central Bank of the Russian Federation notes that other persons can also transfer documents that confirm the right to credit holidays. Then you don’t need a power of attorney. The list of documents includes extracts from the orders of the command of the military unit or military commissariat.
Also, banks and microfinance organizations in the Central Bank of the Russian Federation are advised not to request supporting documents if the borrower has received a military allowance. If the borrower did not have time to submit documents on time, he should not have any problems. Now the mobilized person has the right to do this within 30 days after the termination of participation in a special military operation.
Spouses and dependents of those mobilized will also be able to apply for credit holidays. To do this, you will need to present a marriage certificate or an act of the guardianship authority on the appointment of a serviceman as a guardian.
