Four ships will join the Baltic Fleet in 2023, informed Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy, Admiral Nikolai Evmenov. Among them will be ships equipped with Caliber cruise missiles.

His role in ensuring security in the western strategic direction was also discussed.

At the end of April was presented new commander of the Baltic Fleet. They became Vice Admiral Vladimir Vorobyov. By information TASS, the Russian fleets will be withdrawn from the subordination of military districts.
