The Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Finance and the Bank of Russia will extend until 2030 the combined program of preferential investment lending to small and medium-sized businesses from priority sectors. Vedomosti was informed about this by two sources close to the Cabinet of Ministers. An interlocutor in the government office confirmed that Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin gave such an instruction at the strategic session on SMEs in September. According to sources, the annual lending limit is proposed to be set at no less than 100 billion rubles. The combined program began working this year. It combined two measures that were in effect previously. In particular, the “1764” program and credit incentives. According to the terms of the combined option, with a key rate of more than 10% (currently 13%), the cost of loans for small businesses cannot be higher than 9%, for medium-sized businesses – no more than 7.5%. If the key value is below this level, then the interest on the loan is calculated differently. In particular, the Central Bank rate is minus 3.5 percentage points for small businesses and minus 5 percentage points for medium-sized businesses.
Manufacturing SMEs, enterprises in the logistics and hospitality sectors, as well as professional, scientific and technical activities can count on the loan.
