Due to the melting of snow and ice, the Ukrainian Armed Forces resumed attempts to transfer Ukrainian troops and deliver ammunition to the left bank of the Dnieper. This was announced by the Governor of the Kherson region Vladimir Saldo in his Telegram channel.
“Due to the melting of the ice, attempts to deliver ammunition and transport troops by boat have resumed,” Saldo wrote.
According to him, over the past 24 hours the Ukrainian Armed Forces have not conducted any active hostilities on the line of combat contact. Now they concentrated on holding positions in the area of the village of Krynki.
The head of the Kherson region also noted that in response to the actions of the Ukrainian army, the Russian Armed Forces destroyed a mortar position, a temporary deployment point for personnel, and two drone launchers with artillery fire.
