The Armenian government announced the entry of 4,850 displaced people from Karabakh

4,850 internally displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh entered Armenia. Data as of 12:00 September 25 shared government of Armenia.
“The registration data for 3,900 of them has already been summarized, and the needs of 950 citizens are still being identified,” the Cabinet added.
The government clarified that everyone who does not have a predetermined place of residence will be provided with housing.
September 19 Azerbaijan announced about the beginning of “anti-terrorist measures” in Nagorno-Karabakh. Next day parties reached agreements on a complete ceasefire. September 21 in Yevlakh passed negotiations between the delegation of Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh and representatives of the Azerbaijani authorities.
On September 24, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that civilians in Nagorno-Karabakh thanked Russian peacekeepers for their help: the peacekeepers escorted convoys of Karabakh residents who were moving to Armenia after the capitulation of the authorities of the unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. In total, five buses and 41 cars left Karabakh, accompanied by Russian peacekeepers. It was possible to transport 311 civilians, including 102 children.
