A year earlier, the authorities failed to master 645 billion rubles. The percentage has not changed. Cash execution of expenditures amounted to 31.1 trillion rubles, or 97.5% of the latest version of the consolidated budget schedule. At the same time, in 2022, compared to 2021, the volume of expenditures increased by 6.4 trillion rubles, or 26%.
Federal budget revenues amounted to 27.8 trillion rubles, which is 2.5 trillion more than in 2021. Thus, the deficit for the year reached 3.3 trillion rubles. In 2021, the budget was executed with a surplus of 524.3 billion rubles. (revenues amounted to 25.3 trillion rubles, expenses – 24.8 trillion).
