The numerous arrivals of foreign visitors, combined with a still high number of French visitors, plunged them back into the excitement of the high season. The heat wave, the forest fires, the high level of accommodation and gasoline prices have certainly had their effect. But they have not reversed the trend: the season is on the whole very well oriented, after a good summer of 2021.
