On August 3, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) fired upon the village of Elizavetovka in the Glushkovsky district, then the power line and gas pipe were damaged, Starovoit reported. On the night of July 14, a drone fell in Kurchatov, where the Kursk NPP is located. As a result of the incident, no one was injured, critical objects were not damaged.
In the Kursk region, a high (“yellow”) level of terrorist danger is indefinitely. Since October 19, 2022, by decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, a “medium level of response” has been set in the regions. The region is regularly shelled by Ukraine.
