“T Plus” filed a lawsuit for 834 million rubles against the “daughter” of the Swiss Sulzer

The T Plus company demands to recover more than 698 million rubles from the Russian division of the Swiss concern Sulzer. and more than €2.2 million (about RUB 834 million in total) in losses. Relevant claim entered to the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region on October 19, hearings are scheduled for November 23.
The court, at the request of the plaintiff, took interim measures, seizing funds within the amount of the claim on the account of the defendant in Citibank. The grounds for the claims have not yet been disclosed, the Prime agency notes.
Earlier, T Plus signed an agreement with Sulzer Turbo Services Rus worth €84 million and RUB 3.4 billion. for maintenance of gas turbines and other equipment. The contract was calculated until the end of 2035.
In May, Sulzer, which manufactures equipment for the oil, petrochemical, pulp and paper and other industries, announced on the immediate disposal of assets in Russia. The company did not elaborate on the details of the sale of the business.
