South Korean appliance maker LG Electronics has denied reports that the company is considering closing a home appliance plant in Russia.
Previously, the source of “Kommersant” in the market of household appliances informedthat LG is negotiating in Uzbekistan with Artel, which produces Samsung equipment.
“Currently, we do not have a partnership with LG, and we cannot disclose information about ongoing negotiations,” Artel later commented.
