The crews of the T-90A tanks of the “Western” group eliminated dugouts, observation posts and enemy personnel in the Kupyansk direction.
As the Russian Ministry of Defense said, the coordinates of the enemy positions were obtained by drone crews and transmitted to tank crews.
The difficulty of the task of destroying targets was the large difference in altitude. The enemy was in a more convenient position. However, the targets were eventually hit.
The T-90A tank is designed to conduct combat operations in direct contact with the enemy, support motorized rifle units in breaking through defenses and developing tactical success into operational ones, destroying manpower, armored vehicles, fire weapons and low-speed air targets, the Russian defense department added.
