A Swedish Air Force plane made circles in the morning near the border with the Russian Federation in Finland – just 200 km from St. Petersburg, according to Flightradar24 data.
According to the service, the Gulfstream IV of the Swedish Air Force took off on August 22 from the Linköping air base and circled for several hours in the Lappeenranta region (Finland). Then he headed north, towards the North Cape, which is along the border with Russia.
Experts inform that Sweden now has two similar aircraft in service, which the armed forces of this country use for electronic intelligence.
