SuperJob abandoned its structure in Cyprus – Kommersant

The job search service SuperJob abandoned its structure in Cyprus. The founders of the recruiting service, Alexey Zakharov and Sergey Gabestro, re-registered it in their name, as follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the publication noted RB.ru.

Since February 28, 51% of the SuperJob company belongs to Alexey Zakharov, 49% to Sergey Gabestro. Before this, the company belonged to the Cypriot structure of Superjob Holding LTD LLC. The company was registered in 2001. For 2022, the service’s revenue amounted to RUB 749 million.

Western sanctions imposed against Russia have complicated transactions between subsidiaries and parent holdings. More and more Russian companies began to change foreign jurisdiction to Russian or friendly countries. On December 14, 2023, TCS Group (the parent company of Tinkoff Bank and Tinkoff Insurance) announced plans to redomicile from Cyprus to Russia. On March 4, the “Rusagro” company began the procedure of “moving” from Cyprus to Russian Island.
