A total of 39.5 billion rubles can be allocated for payment—65% of the Moscow Exchange’s net profit under IFRS for 2023. According to the dividend policy updated in the fall of 2023, the minimum level of dividend payments at the end of the year is 50% of the Group’s net profit under IFRS. The annual meeting of shareholders will be held on April 25.
During trading on March 5, the Moscow Exchange index exceeded the milestone of 3300 points for the first time since February 2022. Analysts attribute the growth trend to the stabilization of the market, the strengthening of the ruble and the announcement of companies to pay dividends.
