Experts said that in this case, the “daughters” should continue to file reports and declarations with correctly calculated tax amounts. In this case, the tax authority will be able to independently collect taxes from the company’s accounts. If the declaration is not submitted, a fine is charged and there is a threat of criminal liability.
At the same time, the termination of reporting can speed up the process of liquidating a company in the Russian Federation, but this is an illegal way.
