The city of Rylsk was attacked by a Ukrainian drone for the second time overnight. About it reported Governor of the Kursk region Roman Starovoyt in his Telegram channel.
“In Rylsk, a repeated attack by a Ukrainian drone on Lenin Street,” he wrote at 00:05 Moscow time.
As a result of the attack, the roof of the administrative building was damaged and several windows were broken. Starovoit clarified that there were no casualties.
Previously Governor informed about a drone attack around 23:00 Moscow time on September 11. According to him, an explosive device was dropped from a drone in Rylsk. As a result, no one was injured, but facades were damaged and glass was broken in several windows in buildings on Lenin Street.
September 7 Ukrainian Armed Forces fired upon the village of Uspenovka and the village of Gordeevka, Kursk region. No people or residential buildings were injured, but the power line in Gordeevka was damaged. September 3 as a result of a drone attack caught fire non-residential building in Kurchatov. The fire was extinguished, as a result, no one was injured, Starovoit clarified.
The Kursk region is regularly attacked by Ukraine. A high (“yellow”) level of terrorist threat operates in the region indefinitely. Since October 19, 2022, by decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin, a “medium level of response” has been established in the region.
