Servicemen of the “Southern” grouping of the Russian Armed Forces destroyed the Ukrainian stronghold, as well as four infantry groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, RIA Novosti reports with reference to Vadim Astafyev, head of the press center of the “South” grouping.
According to Astafiev, the enemy was destroyed by Russian special forces.
He also reported on the destruction of a 152-mm Ukrainian D-20 howitzer. According to him, the enemy’s gun was destroyed during the conduct of counter-battery combat, it was located in the area of the village of Zhelannoe Vtoroye.
Two armored vehicles of the armed formations of Ukraine, an electronic warfare station, and a pickup truck were also destroyed there.
