Sources close to the Russian Presidential Administration told Vedomosti that former Roscosmos General Director Dmitry Rogozin may return to power. In particular, he is considered as one of the options for occupying the post of senator from the Zaporozhye region.
Sources also noted that Rogozin is seen as someone who has shown interest in working in new regions. Perhaps he will become a senator from the region headed by Evgeniy Balitsky.
“Rogozin is a bright figure, capable of adequately representing the interests of the region in the Federation Council and further achieving good results,” the publication’s interlocutor noted.
