The yellow level of terrorist threat remains in the region, and all our efforts are aimed at preventing the commission of terrorist acts on the territory of the region,” Starovoit wrote on his Telegram channel on December 11.

Residents of the Belgorod region will also be left without launching even private fireworks: in the region, due to the yellow level of terrorist danger, the use of fireworks has been prohibited since April 11. “I think that everyone will agree that any explosion, loud sound causes everyone not just a state of discomfort, but a state of fear and fear. I don’t think that everyone will rejoice at the explosions of even festive fireworks. We have made a decision, and I think everyone will agree not to use fireworks,” Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said during a direct line on December 12.
