Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, following the message of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the Federal Assembly, will sign a decree on assistance to combatants in Ukraine and their families. He did not specify what exactly the document would regulate.
“The task set by the president — to surround all participants in the NWO and their families with maximum care and attention, to help return to peaceful life as soon as possible — will certainly be fulfilled. In the near future I will sign a corresponding decree,” the mayor said in a statement. Telegram.
Mr. Sobyanin noted that in his message the president “formulated long-term tasks” – they relate to transport infrastructure, industry, education, healthcare, and improving the quality of life.
During messages Vladimir Putin instructed the Federal Assembly to create a state fund to help the families of the dead and wounded participants in the military operation. He also urged to provide them with a vacation every six months for at least 14 days, excluding travel time.
