Two military pilots of the Ukrainian Air Force arrived in the United States, where local experts will evaluate their skills in controlling combat aircraft, NBC reported.
Referring to the administration of US President Joe Biden, NBC reported that at this stage the training of Ukrainian pilots is not implied. The point is to understand how long it will take Ukrainians to master new cars.
The evaluation is reportedly taking place at a US military base in Arizona. The number of Ukrainian pilots can be increased by another 10, the report says.
According to sources, this program does not change the position of official Washington on the issue of supplying military aircraft to Ukraine.
