The editor-in-chief of Rossiya Segodnya and Russia Today (RT) Margarita Simonyan reported that a drone crashed in front of her house in Adler.
“Tonight, an attack drone fell right in front of our family home in Adler, where I and my mother grew up, and where my relatives and their small children still live,” wrote she’s on Telegram.
She added that “the goals are getting further, the stakes are getting higher, the nuclear ultimatum is becoming more and more uncontested.”
October 1 Russian Ministry of Defense reported about the interception of a UAV in the sky over the Krasnodar Territory. The drone was destroyed by air defense systems on duty, the defense department added. More than 10 flights were rescheduled at Sochi airport, one was cancelled.
On the same day, air defense systems destroyed drone over the territory of the Belgorod region. The governor of the region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, wrote that on September 30, after air defense work in the village of Razumnoye, destruction was discovered in nine private households and 10 outbuildings. In addition, five cars, two fences, a drain and two businesses were damaged.
In the Krasnodar Territory and the Belgorod Region, a high (“yellow”) level of terrorist threat remains in effect indefinitely. The regions are regularly attacked by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. A similar regime is in effect in other entities bordering Ukraine.
