The Russian Ministry of Defense issued a statement saying that the head of the department, Sergei Shoigu, has instructed to fulfill the last request of Roman Rudakov, an air defense soldier from Bataysk, Rostov region, who died in Marinka.
Earlier it was reported that Rudakov, together with his comrades, took part in an unequal battle in Marinka and before his death left an inscription on the wall of the house: “Whoever finds me, take care of my mother, sister, brother.” This inscription was discovered by Russian soldiers who later entered Marinka.
“The Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Army General Sergei Shoigu, instructed to fulfill the last request of serviceman Roman Rudakov: “to take care of his mother, sister and brother,” the Russian defense department said in a statement.
Let us remind you that Rudakov’s family began to receive death threats and the fighter’s relatives had to change their phone numbers. Later, the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that the police were now identifying the attackers, but according to preliminary data, the calls came from Ukraine.
