Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu checked combat duty at a new object of the outer space control system as part of a visit to the troops of the Western Military District. Commander of the Space Forces – Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Aerospace Forces Alexander Golovko informed Sergei Shoigu about the technical and functional characteristics of the facility. Mr. Golovko noted that the number of escorted small-sized space vehicles has increased four times due to the operation of the station.
