Russian Defense Minister Shoigu met with Cuban Defense Minister in Moscow
Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu held talks in Moscow with his Cuban counterpart Alvaro Lopez Miera.
“Cuba, of course, has been and remains Russia’s most important ally in the region,” Shoigu said.
According to him, “Cuban friends” have already confirmed their attitude towards the Russians, “demonstrating a complete understanding of the reasons for the start” of the special operation. Shoigu added that Russian-Cuban relations are currently on the rise.
