Sevastopol tried to attack seven UAVs and two boats – Kommersant

Ministry of Defense of Russia commented night drone attack on Sevastopol. The agency called the incident “a terrorist attack of the Kyiv regime”, which was stopped thanks to the work of air defense (air defense) and electronic warfare (EW).

According to the military department, two UAVs were destroyed by air defense systems over the Black Sea, and five more UAVs were suppressed with the help of electronic warfare. At the same time, the governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev said about nine downed UAVs.

In addition, according to the Ministry of Defense, two unmanned boats of the armed forces of Ukraine were destroyed in the northern part of the Black Sea. No injuries or destruction.

Mikhail Razvozhaev reported last night that air defense forces, the fleet and electronic warfare units repelled an attack by Ukrainian UAVs in the area of ​​the Sevastopol Bay and Balaklava. He said that one drone was shot down over the sea, another five were suppressed, two surface drones were destroyed in the outer roadstead. After a while, he reported that another drone was shot down near Cape Manganari in Sevastopol.

In the Sevastopol Bay, the movement of boats and ferries was stopped. Later reported on recovery movement.
