ANO “Dialogue Regions” launched the “Secret Citizen” project, which is aimed at checking how regional authorities respond to citizens’ appeals on social networks, the organization told Kommersant. As part of the project, specially selected “socially active citizens” will write appeals to various official public pages, and then transmit the received answers to experts. The first test showed that the most common mistake made by officials when communicating with citizens is providing insufficient information. Officials are practically not rude, but sometimes they answer not without sarcasm.
