SBU presented suspicions to Kadyrov and his subordinates

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has charged the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, and two of his subordinates with “war crimes,” according to the press service of the Ukrainian department.
In addition to Kadyrov, the SBU also brought charges against Daniil Martynov, deputy head of the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation for the Chechen Republic, and Khusein Mezhidov, commander of the tactical group of the 249th separate motorized battalion “South” of the 46th separate operational brigade of the North Caucasus District of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation .
“It is documented that in February-March 2022, Kadyrov personally supervised the development and planning of individual military operations of these units, gave orders, heard reports and reports from their leaders,” follows from the materials of the SBU.
The agency charged Kadyrov under three articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, including “deliberate actions in order to change the borders of the territory of Ukraine in violation of the order.” Martynov and Mezhidov are charged with “violating the rules for the treatment of the country’s civilian population.”
In mid-August, Kadyrov announced that a new group of volunteers had left Chechnya for Ukraine, to the zone of a special military operation. He added that the volunteers intend not to leave “even the slightest mention of members of the Bandera formations” in the NVO zone.
