SBU names three versions of helicopter crash in Kyiv region

Employees of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) have launched a pre-trial investigation into a helicopter crash near a kindergarten and a residential building in Brovary in the Kyiv region and are considering three main versions of the crash.
This is a violation of flight rules, a technical malfunction of the helicopter, as well as deliberate actions to destroy the vehicle.
According to preliminary data, 16 people died in the incident, including three children, they added.
The fact that the helicopter crashed in the Kyiv region became known this morning at about 10:00 Moscow time. According to the National Police of Ukraine, as a result of the incident died Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Denis Monastyrsky, his first deputy Yevgeny Enin and State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Yuriy Lubkovich. The video, which was published by local Telegram channels, shows that a large fire broke out as a result of the helicopter crash.
