Ryabkov: US support for Ukraine is fraught with disaster

Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergei Ryabkov said that the more the United States of America is involved in the conflict in Ukraine, the greater the risk of provoking a clash of nuclear powers.
Earlier, Ryabkov noted that if we draw parallels between the Caribbean crisis and the current aggravation in relations between Russia and America, then in both cases we have to talk about destructive for international security.
According to him, at the moment, as well as six decades ago, nuclear risks have arisen.
“The more America gets involved in supporting the Zelensky regime on the battlefield, the more they become a party to a military confrontation with Russia. The United States runs the risk of provoking a direct armed clash between the two nuclear powers. This is fraught with catastrophic consequences,” Ryabkov said.
