Russians who are looking for work at enterprises of the military-industrial complex (DIC) will be able to receive free vocational training or receive additional vocational education. Relevant resolution signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
The list of enterprises that will take part in the program will be determined by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Citizens wishing to receive free education must contact employment centers and conclude a student agreement with the enterprise.
The government will reimburse the expenses of enterprises for training through transfers within the framework of the federal project “Employment Promotion”. More than 700 million rubles will be allocated from the federal budget to train citizens, which will make it possible to train over 12,000 people.
On the need to expand the personnel potential of defense industry enterprises on the eve of March 14, declared President Vladimir Putin. According to him, the lack of highly qualified specialists affects the timing of the implementation of the state defense order. Previously President offered for employees of defense industry enterprises to launch a program of preferential rental housing.
