Since March 1, passengers arriving in China from Russia have been allowed to take an antigen test instead of a PCR test for coronavirus. This was reported in the social networks of the Chinese Embassy.
“From March 1, 2023, people traveling from Russia to China on direct flights are allowed to provide antigen test results (including self-testing) instead of PCR test results,” the report says.
It is noted that such a decision was made due to changes in the epidemic situation and for the convenience of passengers.
The passenger will have to be tested 2 days before boarding the plane. The results need to be downloaded through the app or website of Chinese Customs.
Earlier, the Russian Federation and China renewed the agreement on visa-free group tours, which was suspended due to the pandemic.
