The press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that near Artemovsk, a Russian T-90M tank hit a group of soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which was preparing for an assault on the position of Russian paratroopers.
The department clarified that drones controlled by the Russian military discovered a group of Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters in a forest plantation.
“The enemy had set up a fortified stronghold there and were preparing to attack in the morning. The coordinates were transferred to the command post, where a decision was made to destroy the enemy with fire from the standard weapons of the T-90M Proryv tank, the Ministry of Defense added.
It is clarified that the Russian tank hit a fortified stronghold of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from a closed firing position.
