Russian recruited by SBU for terrorist attack in Kursk jailed for 15 years

The Second Western District Military Court sentenced Russian citizen Ramazan Murtuzov to 15 years in prison. He was also sentenced to a fine of 1 million rubles and restriction of freedom for a year and a half.
For the first three years, the Russian will serve his sentence in prison, the next in a strict regime colony.
The court considered it proven that Murtuzov was recruited by the Security Service of Ukraine and planned to carry out an explosion in a shopping center or train station in Kursk.
The Russian reportedly pleaded guilty and has not yet appealed the verdict.
