Three years later, Russian Post resumed express delivery of parcels to Venezuela, Myanmar, Peru and Tanzania, reported company press office. Mail service was interrupted in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Russian Post has resumed accepting international EMS shipments to Venezuela, Myanmar, Peru and Tanzania. This will support the entry of Russian exporters into new markets.

A similar decision regarding 9 countries was made by Russian Post in January of this year. Then the acceptance of international EMS shipments resumed to Angola, the Dominican Republic, Cameroon, Costa Rica, Laos, Namibia, Nicaragua, Panama and Ecuador.

Now Russian Post delivers export shipments to 130 countries. “Over the past 12 months, the company has noted a shift in flows to the Middle East, Latin America, Africa and Asia (including China),” the press service noted. At the same time, the share of exports to the United States, Canada and the European Union continues to decline.
