Poet and journalist Elena Semenova died in Moscow. This is reported by Literaturnaya Gazeta, where she worked as a journalist and then published as an author of poetry.
The obituary said her death came as a surprise to everyone. On December 7, Elena Semenova celebrated her 48th birthday, and on January 12 she died suddenly.
Elena Semenova collaborated with such magazines as Yunost, Children of Ra, and most recently worked at Nezavisimaya Gazeta. She was also co-editor and compiler of the anthology “Leave. Stay. To Live”, the author of the poetic books “Poems” (1996), “Tests” (2017), “Necrology” (co-authored with Mikhail Kvadratov and Andrey Chemodanov; 2018). In literary circles she was known under the pseudonym Lena Listik.
Nezavisimaya Gazeta also published information about the death of Elena Semenova.
