The Russian Leroy Merlin changed the name of the legal entity from Leroy Merlin Vostok to Le Monlid. At the same time, the company does not yet plan to change the brand, reported with reference to the press service of Leroy Merlin. “RIA News”.
“As part of the implementation of the intention to transfer control to local management, announced in March 2023, the company is making a number of internal changes,” the statement says.
The company added that changing the name of the legal entity will not in any way affect operational activities, strategic plans or the work of employees. The Russian Leroy Merlin continues to operate as usual.
In November 2023, the French Leroy Merlin headed rating of the largest foreign companies in the Russian Federation. The company’s revenue amounted to 529.7 billion rubles.
