Russian intelligence officers knocked out Polish mercenaries from Ukrainian positions

Scouts of the Western Military District occupied the predominant height after a clash with Polish mercenaries. This was reported to RIA Novosti by a serviceman with the call sign “Highlander”.
He said that he, along with his colleagues, managed to take and hold the position that was defended by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The battle was stubborn, the Ukrainians did not want to give up the height, because they had a good view from it.
Highlander also noted that during the contact battle and on the captured radio station, not only Ukrainian, but also Polish speech was heard. According to him, the Ukrainian air assault brigade, which had to face, includes Polish mercenaries.
