The Armed Forces of Ukraine were puzzled by the new modification of Russian drones in the Northern Military District zone
Ukrainian media write that unusual drones were spotted in the combat zone, allegedly used by the Russian Armed Forces. According to publications, these UAVs are equipped with additional equipment.
The publications claim that some Russian attack drones, known as “Geran-2”, are now equipped with video cameras and a modem, which supposedly “immediately in Telegram” broadcast video footage of the work of Ukrainian air defense systems against drones and this allows “to adjust the fire.” It is also stated that this is not a factory development, but the know-how of individual calculations.
Russia has not reported any modifications to military drones.
