How informs Rossiyskaya Gazeta and servicemen of the RF Armed Forces told reporters about the situation in Mariupol, as well as about the specifics of tank battles within the city.
According to the driver of the Russian tank with the call sign “Tony”, the modernized T-72 B3M has good protection characteristics, but their crew also made their own constructive additions – they covered the turret shoulder strap with metal plates, and a double canopy was installed above the turret for greater reliability.
“When you have to drive a tank through the streets, you feel a great responsibility… In the battles for Mariupol, you often had to clear the street barricades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine… Everything must be done quickly… households,” the fighter shared his impressions.
