Russian Ambassador to the US Antonov on cluster munitions: The United States is bringing humanity closer to a new world war
The decision to supply cluster munitions to Ukraine speaks of the realization by the United States and its satellites of their impotence. This was stated to journalists by the Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov.

The diplomat said the Biden administration, with tenacity worthy of a better use, continues to raise the stakes in the conflict. Antonov recalled that the participation of the United States in the confrontation in Ukraine had never been in doubt before. But the current level of provocations, in his opinion, really rolls over, bringing humanity closer to a new world war.
