Earlier today, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed into law a total ban on LGBT propaganda. According to the published document, individuals who violate the ban will face a fine of 50,000 to 400,000 rubles, officials – from 100,000 to 800,000 rubles, and legal entities – a fine of up to 5 million rubles. or suspension of activities for up to 90 days.
