Ministry of Defense: Air defense destroyed a Ukrainian drone over the Belgorod region
Air defense systems on duty were able to thwart another attempt by Ukraine to launch an attack on targets on the territory of the Russian Federation. This is reported in Telegram channel Russian Ministry of Defense.
“At about 10 p.m. Moscow time, another attempt by the Kyiv regime to carry out a terrorist attack using aircraft-type UAVs against targets on the territory of the Russian Federation was stopped,” the defense department said in a statement.
They clarified that a Ukrainian drone was shot down in the sky over the Belgorod region.
It is worth noting that on Saturday, Ukrainian troops repeatedly fired at the territory of the Belgorod region, including with drones.
