Russia will send 14 Bulgarian diplomats

The Russian Foreign Ministry declared 14 employees of the diplomatic mission and consular offices of Bulgaria in Russia persona non grata, reported press service of the Foreign Ministry.

“On August 5, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Russian Federation A. The Foreign Ministry stressed that this measure was taken in response to the expulsion by Bulgaria of 70 employees of the Russian diplomatic mission in the republic, as well as the suspension of the work of the Consulate General in Ruse. Such actions severely harm traditional ties between Moscow and Sofia and testify to the further degradation of the collective West, which is eager to “harm Russia” in this way, the Foreign Ministry added.
