Russia will appeal to the parliaments of the world about the activities of the Pentagon agency

The State Duma and the Federation Council intend to appeal to world parliamentarians so that they request information on the biomedical activities of the DTRA (US Department of Defense Threat Reduction Agency for Weapons of Mass Destruction) in their countries. About it informed TASS with reference to the Vice-Speaker of the Federation Council, co-chairman of the parliamentary commission to investigate the work of biolaboratories in Ukraine Konstantin Kosachev.
“We agreed to prepare a draft appeal to the parliaments of the world by February 15. The idea of our appeal is to call on our fellow parliamentarians to apply to the respective governments and ask the governments a question: “Do we have something happening on our territory, is there such cooperation?” And the next step is to start asking questions. <...> what is going on inside,” Kosachev said.
On January 23, Irina Yarovaya, co-chair of the commission and vice-speaker of the Federation Council, made a proposal to address the world parliaments.
Both chambers of the Federal Assembly are ready to simultaneously consider the draft appeal, the senator said. “We plan to attach an analysis of the DTRA report to this appeal. <...> We would like to show this analysis to our partners in order to explain why we are so concerned,” Kosachev added.
On February 6, Yarovaya spoke about a meeting via video link with an American scientist who headed the commission investigating the origin of the coronavirus in The Lancet medical journal Jeffrey Sachs. Then the parliament reported that they discussed the report of DTRA and biological laboratories on the territory of Ukraine. According to Yarovaya, the scientist reacted to the presence of laboratories “extremely negatively” and added that the military departments “should not be engaged in secret and dangerous biodevelopment.”
