How informs Kommersant, the EU authorities on Tuesday, February 14, included Russia in the black list of tax jurisdictions that do not cooperate with official Brussels.
The reason for this decision was the violation of promises to change the regime of “Russian offshores” against the backdrop of the curtailment of the dialogue between the Russian Federation and the EU on tax issues in connection with the start of the SVO.
“Sanctions partially offset the consequences of blacklisting Russia, and they will not go unnoticed by Russian business due to the appearance of additional tax costs and increased control over operations,” experts are sure.
