Russia proposed holding UN Security Council meetings on the supply of armed forces on a weekly basis

Russia’s permanent representative to the United Nations, Vasily Nebenzya, said that the Russian Federation called on the UN to hold weekly sessions dedicated to the supply of weapons to Ukraine.
During the weekly sessions, it is proposed, among other things, to discuss the impact of these supplies on the resolution of the conflict.
Earlier, UN Deputy Secretary General and High Representative for Disarmament Affairs Izumi Nakamitsu said that over the past few months, the supply of weapons and ammunition to the Ukrainian defense forces has increased.
